I just finished my level 2 bach flower remedies and feel so invigorated by the experience. I have been working with the remedies everyday while i was working over in edinburgh - i took my whole box over and had it in the office and had everyone in the office taking various remedies - some chosen by my intuition (by the way that is NOT allowed in Bach practice) - some chosen by cards (again NOT allowed in Bach practice) - some chosen by the persons intuition (NOT allowed in Bach practice) and some chosen by having a conversation about how that person is feeling (completely allowed in Bach practice!) finally i did something right!!!
Even though i have been working with the remedies every day for the last 9 weeks i don't feel the information has gone into my brain - perhaps i have been to much in my left brain for work so the healing practice has not stuck but after my 2 days of only remedies and nothing else i feel i have learnt so much and have more remedies memorized.
I love the fact that the remedies are all about treating the emotion - i seem to make a big connection with complementary therapies that are all about emotions - i LOVE Emotional Freedom Technique and seem to have a real affinity with it as i feel i do with the Bach Flower Remedies.
so i am planning on doing my level 3 bach which is the practitioner level and leads me to doing my case studies as well as starting my animal bach course which will see me specialise in animals which of course is where my heart really lies but if i can help the animal owners then half my job is done for me and for the animal!
I now have 43 days to absorb and learn all of the 38 remedies so i have decided to concentrate on one remedy a day and i plan on writing about that remedy in my blog to help me learn so if you are not interested in Bach flower remedies then i suggest you don't read my blog for the next 43 days!!! but if you are interested then please follow me on my Bach journey and hopefully you will learn with me.
looking forward to it!
