Clearing out the crap!

I had a thought at 4am this morning when I woke up - its becoming a regular thing waking at that time!  I have been clearing out lots of crap and being quite ruthless about it but as always you have to make a big mess before everything gets clear so for the last 6 weeks the house has been in disorder and to be honest I have felt a bit out of sorts - I feel my head and body have been disordered - i have felt tired and unmotivated and have really had to push myself on to sort out all the crap that has been piled up in the kitchen, bedroom and hallway so yesterday i started putting things into black bags and clearing out and it wasn't until 4am this morning that I realised how good this can be for the head and body and of course soul.  I felt freer in away because there wasn't so much shite lying around me.

I wonder if when we have piles of crap sitting about in our houses, cars, garages etc if that holds onto negative energy or creates some kind of blockage in our heads and bodies and that means we can't deal with all that shite or any other crap that comes into our lives?

I am sure Feng Shui would have some kind of rule about not having crap lying about everywhere so may be we should all start to clear our crap out and see if it helps us get up and get on with things and move on spiritually and mentally.

I am off to fill some more black bags with crap and put them in the skip so will let you know if I continue to feel better and more motivated!

I have also been putting detox patches on my feet to draw some of the toxins out - the patches also have tourmaline in them as I have been feeling recently that even though I am grounding myself a lot it is not working as well as it normally does so the tourmaline on the feet should help!  Anyway the crap that came out of my feet the last two nights is absolutely disgusting - i didn't expect it to be wet and soggy and look like diarrhea!  this shite came from my feet but bizarrely the soles of my feet where the patch was weren't wet but the patch was - how bizarre!

So my body is having a clear out as well as my house so all the channels should be clear soon!!!
